The manufacturer of this monitor is Sampo and the sampo model # is KDM-2077E. Although this model is no longer made the specifications are the same as the newer model --Alphascan GLX. Update this driver in the normal Windows98 mannor, when you get to the part that says [Have Disk] just input the path to the file "Sampo(a).inf" and select "Alphascan GLX" from the list.
