Should work on any windows 95 and up machine. It works on mine perfectly. Just extract the files, right click on the ctxlegac-14.inf file, and click install. Goto Install new Hardware in your control panel, then all you have to do is look under "CTX" and you'll find CVP-5468NI on the right side.
