This file is driver info for several Tatung monitors...here's the hitch Tatung was the actual manufacturer of a number of Packard Bell monitors and the drivers work for either brand. Check the FCC ID on the back of your Packard Bell monitor usually the Tatung ID is included if it is one of their models. For example, the notoriously hard to find driver for the PB 8538svga monitor is the same as a Tatung CM-14SB. This uploaded driver file includes info for 2 or 3 different CM-14SB varieties (the non-energy saving ones are the 8538). Unfortunately, there are no Win98 and above drivers for Tatung 14" monitors that I could find...but these work fine in WinME.
