This driver is actually the driver for Delta Electronics Public Company Limited monitors (the monitors with the great big VIDEOCOM printed on front). The fact that it is under a different company name (arcus) makes it VERY difficult to locate. I hope the fcc number and model number will help other users to locate it a little easier.
(note if you check the .inf file properly there are references to delta and delta monitor models in there!!)
