I know for sure that this driver, in a Socket 7 motherboard on a Tseng Labs ET4000/W32P video card will drive a 21" DEC fixed frequency monitor under Win 2000, Win 98 and Win ME. I have been looking for this driver for a year!! Found it on an old floppy. It will drive it in both the 1280 x 1024 and the 1024 x 768 modes but it will not work in the 800 x 600 mode. There is an occasional "double vision" on text only....the text seems to over write itself. Dont know what causes it or how to fix it but its not to anoying.
