New driver file released 12/11/00. It unzips to a folder you specify, with the necessary .inf file. To install,follow the directions in the readme file. After installing the monitor driver, (Windows chooses the best one) go to the adapter tab (Right click on the Desktop select Properties/Settings/Advanced) which now gives more refresh rate options. Select 72 or 75Hz as necessary to correct flicker. Worked superbly in Windows Me.
