I looked at Microsoft's monitor drivers and put something together. Lucky enough, it worked.
NOTE:You may have to try several refresh rates before this driver will work.
NOTE:WILL NOT WORK WITH TSENG LABS ET/4000 DISPLAY CARDS, MOSTLY FOUND ON COMPAQ PROLINEA 486 SERIES.
MAY NOT WORK ON SOME OTHER PCS EITHER.
