Chips & Technologies OS/2 Display Driver version 3.2.3 For C&T 65545, 65546, and 65548 VL Bus Flat Panel VGA/SVGA Controller. Not certified or supported by Toshiba, but should work on Toshiba T2130, T2150, T4900, 400, 410, 610, PCs.
